Northern Lights? Yes please. Such a perfect name, too, cotton candy for the soul.
A gorgeous sight. I hope to see it in person some day. the aurora borealis makes it easy to believe that there is some celestial presence out there.
Long ago on the coldest of winter nights
aurora danced
her many colors floating from sky to earth
the crack of her whip sounding above us
Wonder is still with me as I gaze at the picture and return to that far land
