Ooh, how beautiful! For several years my grandfather filled the house with lilacs fo my mom (his daughter-in-law.) He'd seen them blooming in a neighboring town and went right up to the owner's front door and asked if he could buy some. She told him to take all he wanted for free and come back again next year! He did, until she moved. Their fragrance was intoxicating!
