Please let me know if this post shows lines of HTML, there is nothing showing on my screen, so I have to ask. I am typing into the post rather than cutting and pasting. Thanks, Chris

Boundaries

You raided my dwelling
Fed off my suffering
Poured your wealth of guilt
Down my throat
As though it was sweet wine
While in my calamity
I walked a thin line
Never thinking to draw
A thick one.

It has all become clear. I now understand why you had not noticed the extra lines.

This is fine Chris - no extra lines of foriegn tongue (html - computer language) I will send you a copy of the page at Live Poets to show you what it looks like. I now understand why you had not noticed.

This piece is so meaningful for me - my friend and I once had a discussion about women being thought of as purely receptive - not much scope for grand actions and ideas..the line images are so powerful to me.
