Soul Food Way - Housekeeping

Dear Monas
Given that a fundamental pillar of residency in the Abbey is making writing or art a daily practice I am checking to see who wants to stay with the group. If you have posted during the last month I know that you are here and active. It is a prerequisite of the Abbey to post on one of the bloggers at Soul Food at least once a month.

I also need to set up Abbey pages, that are attached to the Lemurian Abbey at Soul Food for every one here. So if I do not have a profile page for you we need to organise that.
