Introduction
Let me introduce myself. I am Blythe Spirits, winemaker and distiller. I have come to offer my services and my healing potions to all of you, especially Heather and her husband. A drop to warm the heart for both to those who approach the battelfields and those who tend the homefirs.
Aided by dragons I will also be working in the stone rooms deep under the Abbey to develop a unique Lemurian liqueur.
Tastings will be held in the barrel room at regular intervals. On offer will be:
* aspects of the distiller's art that illuminate the process of writing and painting
* the condensate from my own humble still
* experimental combinations of essences and aromas that may occasionally hit the spot
* the mixture of impassioned rants, wise sayings, garulous meanderings and arrant nonsense you would expect to find in a well stocked barrel room
* and occasionally one of my dragons may deign to join us.

Welcome Blythe Spirits!
You're filling a niche that's been vacant too long. I'm sure at one time in its history the Abbey produced fine spirits, but the art seems to have been lost to us.
It's good you have dragons, since you may encounter other "spirits" floating about in the lower levels and who-knows-what popping out of those old barrels. Costello's ok, a bit erratic and loquacious but not dangerous. I can't speak for any others you might encounter. Anita Marie might be able to help you there.
I doubt you'll see my parrot Tookey, she's more apt to be found in one of the gardens, but you might meet Oreo, a black and white cat. He's friendly and curious and likely to follow you around and keep you company as you work. If you don't like cats, glare at him and he'll leave, but if you need a good mouser, he's your man, 'er cat.
It's good to know, Blythe Spirits, that you and your dragon companions are bringing life into the long deserted abbey cellars.
I look forward to tearing myself away from my muse to attend your tastings.

I look forward to sampling some of your distillations too - welcome to the abbey
Blythe! One of my favorite words and names. . . Welcome! What a magnificent thing that you have come just now, what a completely delicious idea you are all the way around! Of course, I offer you my services, as Alchemist and loquacious erraticator (I seem to have convinced people that I am not dangerous. . . how extremely clever of me!) Naturally, I will be hanging around waiting for small tastes of your concoctions . . . pay no attention to the large decanters, bottles and jugs, I will, of course, need samples to test . . . on a purely alchemical basis of course. In the meanwhile, I will be working on Lemurian Drinking songs. I have a great friend named Foister who will help me with these, they are right up his alley.
I’m so glad you are here Blythe, glad, but not surprised. Incredible innovtion from your particular neck of the woods is throughly to be expected.
Skoal! Bring on the Dragons!!!
COSTELLO
"Dragons?" My soul's companion, my sweet golden dragoness lifts her head in interest.
Blythe sweetie, I already like you. Someone who is seen in the company of dragons must surely be strong of spirit ideed.
Welcome and blessed be.
A drop? I could do with a flagon full of your healing fluids right now. :-)ing weakly. I think your whole concept is just wonderful and I am delighted that the cellars are going to spring to life again.
Thank you for your warm welcomes. I am very fond of cats, as are my dragons who say they share a common ancestry with them. Oreo will certainly not be displaced, but may find his portrait turning up in my tasting room. Alchemist, I hope I may call on your technical expertise occasionally when I have need, and Herbalist likewise?
Also, can anyone tell me send a picture with my text? Ferdinand, one of the seadragons, is keen to have his image displayed.
