Enchanteur's Afternoon Tea for my Birthday

LunaBirthday

le Enchanteur has been cooking up a storm and has made a cake and afternoon tea for my birthday. Since she has been working her fingers to the bone she told me that I better make sure to invite everyone to come to tea.

Well the word clearly went out. Our Lois has been up to no end of mischief and has been learning how to send emails that go to everyone but me. Today she arrived with the most magnificent orchid, which I will have photographed to show you all, for my birthday tomorrow, with a card signed from you all.

I was stunned by the beauty of this orchid. I have some lovely ones but this one is spectacular and since orchids flower each year for my birthday it is a stunning gift. I have one my parents gave me over eight years ago before Dad died and each year it flowers magnificently. Needless to say I think of him as it flowers again.

So warm thanks to you all and I believe Enchanteur is putting on cake and afternoon tea at the Abbey which is really one of my favourite retreats.

It is also timely because we will be moving into the WordPress Abbey soon so we can have an all round celebration together.

love to each of you. I cannot imagine not sharing my birthday with you all - my most favourite people.

Hi Heather.

Happy Birthday! I'm glad you love the orchid.

Here's affirming your continued radiance, prosperity & fulfillment, and so it is!

I'd love to have some cake. II'm allergic to wheat so virtual cake is best. LOL!

Oh Heather, Lois is a secret agent, indeed! A wonderful thing to do, I thought. Orchids are divine. I love this picture a lot, there is something very special about it. Make merry and happy in the Abbey! Wishing you a magical year ahead;-D

I can't think of a better human being for this to happen to ... you are as lovely as the orchid, my dear. Your blossom shines through every day of the year.
